"Refund came through way faster than I expected"
I had to send back a pair of shoes from salomon.com because the sizing just wasn’t right for me. I know returns can be a hassle sometimes, and I was ready for the refund to drag on, but it really didn’t. Once they received the return, the money was back in my account within a few days. I didn’t have to keep chasing them or write a bunch of emails, which I appreciate. Say what you want, but my experience was smooth.

"Helpful eventually, but slow to respond"
I ordered from salomon.com and had a question about my delivery, so I reached out to customer service. They did get back to me, but it took a few days and I had to follow up once, which made me feel a bit uneasy after already paying. When they finally replied, the answer was actually helpful, just not very quick. Overall, it wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great either. Three stars feels about right

"Support Made It Super Easy"
I had a small issue with my order, but support got it sorted really quickly. The replies were friendly and there was no hassle at all, which I appreciated. Maybe they’ve got a good system behind the scenes or something, because the whole thing felt way easier than I expected...

"Repair was fine, but the wait was rough"
The repair did get done in the end, and it seems fine so far, but I was frustrated with how long I had to wait. I was going to say I wouldn’t come back, but actually, if they were quicker next time, I probably would.

"Good Shoes, But I Guess I Expected Too Much"
I usually really like salomon gear, and these shoes were comfortable right away. The grip on trails is solid too, so I wanted to love them. But of course, for what I paid, I was hoping they’d actually hold up longer. After just a few months, the stitching already started looking worn and the sole is showing wear too. Maybe I’m just unlucky, but it feels like I always end up paying more and still getting something that doesn’t last like it should. They’re not awful, just disappointing for the price.

"Shoes were fine, box not so much"
The shoes arrived totally fine, but the box was literally a bit crushed and didn’t seem packed all that well. Nothing was damaged though, so overall it was alright.

Had a good experience on salomon.com tbh. The shoes I wanted came in a few nice colors, and my size was actually in stock, which like never happens on some other sites lol. Checkout was quick and easy too. Happy with the whole thing, def 5 stars from me

I ordered a pair of hiking shoes from SALOMON and at first I thought they might be a little too stiff, actually, no, they just needed a few walks around town to break in. They weren’t painful or anything, just not trail-ready right out of the box for me. After a few days they started feeling really comfortable, and once I took them out on the trail they fit great with no rubbing at all. Shipping was smooth too, so overall I’m really happy with them. 5 stars.

"Consistent fit every time"
I’ve ordered a few pairs from salomon.com now, and the sizing has been super consistent each time. I can just stick with the same size and know they’ll feel right, which makes online shopping so much less of a hassle. I actually mentioned it to a friend recently because it’s nice not having to guess every time. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Great shoes for warm weather runs"
I ordered a pair of trail shoes from SALOMON mostly for my summer runs, and they been really good so far. The breathability is great, my feet don’t feel all cooked after a few miles even when it’s warm out. My socks also aren’t nearly as sweaty like they were with my old shoes. Shipping was fine and the website was easy enough to figure out. 5 stars from me, I’d buy again

"Used to be more comfortable"
These are okay comfort-wise, but I feel like they used to be better. They’re fine for short errands or just wearing around, but after a longer walk my feet start to hurt. Not terrible, just a bit disappointing compared to what I expected

I ordered my usual size and they fit just right, which was a relief. Hiking shoes can be weird sometimes, so I half expected to be dealing with returns or thick socks or something. I tried them on in my kitchen while making coffee, and they felt good right away. No sizing up or down needed for me. Happy with them so far.

"Great Grip, but Instructions Could Be Clearer"
I took these out on some muddy hills and they didn’t slip once, which impressed me. They felt steady the whole time. I just wish the instructions had been a little clearer to start with, but once I figured things out, they worked really well.

"Light, comfy trail shoes right out of the box"
I picked up my SALOMON shoes last month they’ve been great so far. They feel really light on the trails, so I can move quickly without that clunky shoe feeling. The fit was solid for me too, and I didn’t really need any break-in time. If you’re looking for something comfortable for trail runs or hikes, I’d say these are worth considering.
